Delete Account

At e-Fidiye, we are committed to providing farmers, cooperatives, extension officers, and suppliers with secure and accessible agricultural extension services. However, if you wish to permanently close your account, we are here to assist you through the process.

Before You Proceed

Please ensure the following before requesting account deletion:

  • You have saved or downloaded any important information, reports, or training materials you may need.
  • You have no pending requests, messages, or unresolved tickets in the system.
  • You have exported any data or transaction history you wish to keep for your records.

How to Delete Your Account

To delete your e-Fidiye account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your e-Fidiye
  2. Go to Settings > Account Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your identity and finalize the deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

  • Your account and personal data will be permanently removed from the e-Fidiye system.
  • This action is irreversible—you will not be able to recover your account or access past data.
  • Any linked services, notifications, or subscriptions will be automatically canceled.
