It strengthens information management, accountability, partner mapping, resource mobilization, and alignment with national priorities, addressing long‑standing inefficiencies, fragmentation, duplication, and overlap of efforts.It is fully aligned with the Agriculture Transformation Strategy (2025–2029) and the National Transformation Plan (NTP‑10), supporting the transition of farmers toward modern mixed‑farming systems that integrate crops, livestock, fisheries, and improved technologies, while promoting greater investment in agribusiness value chains and advancing productivity and climate resilience.
